  • The Cottage has 2 bedrooms both with Queen Size beds, an electric blanket, overhead fan and TV for guests' comfort.
  • The sitting room has a comfy couch, flat screen TV with DVD player, numerous games, magazines and books. There is a PlayStation 2 available on request as well as an inhouse DVD library.
  • There is reverse cycle heating/air conditioning which creates year round comfort while the private balcony provides fresh air and lovely views of the river and South Arm. The balcony also has an electric BBQ and outdoor table and chairs.
  • The kitchenette is well appointed with a microwave, small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, toaster oven/grill and egg cooker.
  • The bathroom has a large shower, toilet, heated towel rail and hair dryer. All towels are provided.
  • There is off-street parking at the rear of the property providing independent access and privacy for guests.
  • A laundry is available to guests staying for longer periods.
  • A guests' folder is available with information on local shops, places to eat and local attractions. This folder also contains information about the operation of equipment such as the TV/DVD player.
